Kotatieva’s new head chef is a young and passionate cook who brings fresh and innovative ideas to the kitchen. As a recent graduate, she views culinary culture through fresh eyes, adding a modern, youthful perspective to her dishes. In Inga’s kitchen, the most important aspects are high-quality ingredients and their careful handling, ensuring that each dish is a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
Who?
I am Inga, a recently graduated chef with a strong passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences. As a young professional, I bring fresh ideas to the kitchen and view modern culinary culture from a youthful perspective.
For me, the most important aspects of cooking are high-quality ingredients and respecting them. I want to ensure that every dish achieves a perfect balance of flavors and textures. For my customers, and even my friends, I always offer the very best, giving my skills to create amazing flavors.
I have also gained experience from competitions. I participated in the Taitaja semi-finals in 2024, and although I didn’t make it to the finals, I learned a lot from the experience and went on to compete in the Arctic Skills competition in Norway. There, I returned home with a gold medal. My ambitions in competitions didn’t end there— in October 2024, I won the Students Finnish National Championships for young chefs.
For me, cooking is first and foremost a passion, and I want to share it with every one of my customers.
